At any time or for any reason you can request to permanently close this account. For security, we verify all closure requests. This process takes up to seven days. This account will remain active while verification is in progress. What happens when this account is closed? * Will not be able to access the XFISEC services or XFISEC Store purchases associated. * Images, videos and documents stored in Xfisec will be permanently deleted of this account. * Will not receive notifications related to this account. * Will not be able to sign in or use services such as Xfisec Workstore or any other apps with this Xfisec ID. * Data associated with Xfisec services will be permanently deleted. Some exceptions may apply. * Email address and the username will be available for use with any new or existing Xfisec ID accounts (Only email for existing Xfisec ID accounts). * If enrolled with any parties, Xfisec won’t be able to support anymore. * Closure does not cancel any order disputes. However, any scheduled appointments at the Xfisec Support Team will be canceled and any open cases will be permanently closed and unavailable once this account is closed. By confirming this, it will close this XFISEC account. The closure of this XFISEC account indicates the willingness to terminate the XFISEC customer agreement or any other agreement with XFISEC that governs this account, only with respect to this XFISEC account. The monthly use of certain XFISEC services is calculated and invoiced from the date of purchase. If there are open services during this month, depending on the service, it will remain active until the end of the paid subscription and will be automatically canceled without additional cost. In general, closing this account will cancel all existing services and contracts, however, if there are active subscriptions, even after closing this account, the subscription may continue to be billed until it expires or is sold in agreement with the conditions that govern it. The possibility to re-open my XFISEC account with the same user in case it is not active in another user but the information is deleted at the time of closing and its recovery is not possible. Credit and Cash. The Xfisec account balance will no longer be available, and funds cannot be recovered. The balance on Xfisec cards will no longer be available in this account. Gift cards that might have been sent to other customers can still be redeemed in their accounts. All third-party gift cards purchased on Xfisec will remain valid in active Xfisec accounts. Open Appointments, Orders and Data. Canceling an account is an irreversible action. Once the account has been closed, all products and services accessed through the account will no longer be available on any Xfisec site. It is recommended to download any uploaded or shared content through any Xfisec service that you wish to retain before requesting the account closure. All subscriptions in which Xfisec XPay is the payment method must be updated with a new payment method or will be canceled. It is the customer’s obligation to provide the subscription provider with a new payment method for billing, or it will be canceled. Xfisec Starline, Xfisec Studio, and Xfisec SquareX applications, watchlist, recommendations, published products and services, subscriptions, articles, images, and videos (including purchased content) will no longer be available, and content belonging to this account will be deleted. Information stored in Xfisec applications, such as saved contacts or calendar events, locations in the SquareX maps app, and any device backups, will be deleted. Note:Once the account has been closed, an assessment will be made regarding which information needs to be retained. Some data related to the formulation, exercise, or defense of legal claims and for fraud prevention and security purposes, transactional data related to customer product and service orders limited to personal account identification will be retained in order to manage these legal rights and obligations. – I understand that once this account is closed, it will no longer be able to recover this XFISEC account private information. – I understand that once this account is closed, it will no longer be able to access the billing console to download previous invoices and tax invoices of this XFISEC account. – I understand that once this account is closed, it will be necessary to re-register for any services that were previously active, if they are still available. There is a 7-day window to recover the account before it is permanently deleted. If you still have access to the account after this time, or if you prefer to restore the access to this account, or if the account deletion request was made in error, contact account support at “accounts@xfisec.com” or respond to the email. If necessary, the XFISEC team can reach out before deleting the account if discrepancies are found. In such a case, the 7-day period will be renewed from the date of the last email sent by XFISEC. If you are certain that you want to close this XFISEC account and understand that this action will result in the permanent deletion of all of its XFISEC data, submit your request to close the account permanently.
