XFISEC reserves the right to refuse, condition, or suspend any Donations or other transactions that we believe in our sole discretion may violate these Terms of Service or harm the interests of the Users, Business Partners, the Public, or XFISEC, or that XFISEC expose you, XFISEC, or others to risks unacceptable to the company. XFISEC may share any information related to your use of the services with the appropriate financial institution, regulatory authority, or law enforcement agency consistent with our legal or contractual obligations. This information may include information about you, your account, your donors, your donations, and transactions made through or in connection with your use of the services.

Residents of the European Union have by law the right to withdraw from the purchase of content, without stating the reason, for a period of 14 days after the aforementioned purchase.
However, in case these policies doesn’t apply to your issue or the development of the service could be an error that affects negatively Infisec or any of the team, directors, partners, services and products offered:

The customer have expressly agreed to waive their right of withdrawal from any purchase and have acknowledged that as a result of such acceptance the customer will lose this right and the support team study the case to give the customer a solution to the issue.

No refunds or exchanges can be given on items made to your specification, made to measure items, unless there is a manufacturing defect or the goods are not as ordered. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry items, cosmetics, toiletries and mattresses cannot be returned if unwrapped or unsealed unless faulty. Perishable items such as food, plants, drinks and fresh flowers cannot be returned. Where a product has a security sticker warning that the product cannot be returned once the sticker is removed, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken except in accordance with your legal rights described on this policy. Digital, virtual, one-time use items, magazines, books or ebooks cannot be returned because of naturality of the item. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash unless it corresponds to the user affiliate system. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition may not be fully credited to your account unless they are faulty. This does not affect your right to return faulty items.


– Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange, store credit or gift card.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (if applicable)
– The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.
Payment + Refund Policy:
– All transactions for purchase products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
– Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on Infisec are non-refundable or exchangeable unless faulty or incorrect. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict refund policy.
– Infisec reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Delivery of Goods and Services:
If you do not receive your order, service or product upon purchasing, you can immediately contact your Vendor Store with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

The Company offers a fourteen (14) day, 100% Money Back, and Satisfaction Guarantee to all clients. (with the exception of Crypto Currencies Payments – due to the nature of crypto payments these cannot be refunded). The fourteen (14) days, 100% Money Back Guarantee, starts from the date of purchase, includes weekends, and only applies to the initial purchase. If a subscriber is dissatisfied with the service for any reason, the subscriber may receive a refund within fourteen (14) days of the subscriber’s initial purchase, for a full refund of the purchased price. All other warranties and guarantees are disclaimed. After fourteen (14) days, your purchase will no longer be refundable.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, digital services, virtual products or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional there are certain situations with non-returnable or partial refunds items, where we are unable to refund or exchange because of the nature of the service or product, unless they’re faulty:

* Bodysuits and shape wear
* Food and drink
* Gift cards
* Gift boxes
* Free items

* Downloadable software products
* Sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded because of perishable products.
* Any kind of digital product or service, where the packaging has been removed, unsealed, damaged, already started or not in its initial shipping status (if applicable).
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, missing parts or manipulated for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until support order you to do it.


Once your return is received and inspected, the vendor store will send you an email or notification to notify you that we have received your returned item. The vendor will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you could choose from a different methods of refund:
– Exchange product.
– Store credit.
– Gift card for the respective store.
– Credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, part store credit, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or method you chose again.
Contact your credit card company (if applicable), it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and it depends on your refund method.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or in its 30 first days after the purchase.
If you need to exchange it, contact the Vendor Store where your product or service was sold to replace it (if applicable).

Can’t accept exchanges for:
– Custom orders unless they’re faulty.
– Items where the security seal is broken.
– Gift cards (i.e. when someone wants to exchange a gift card for cash).
– Items purchased on Sale or by gift cards unless they’re faulty.
– Or any other kind of product listed on section Refund Products.

However, contact the Vendor Store where you bought the service or product, they could offer you a valid solution for your satisfaction.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

We offer digital products or services that doesn’t require shipping methods.
If any of Infisec Place partners offers any kind of service which includes shipping, it won’t be responsibility from Infisec and any of the team.

In case to applicable to return your product, you must contact your Vendor Store to know the methods exactly.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the cause of returning it is because of faulty or incorrect item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable because of third parties services. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your subscription starts you can’t get a refund for any payments you’ve already made.
If you don’t want to subscribe any more, cancel your subscription.
You will still have access to the subscription until the end of the period you have paid for.


For all the services that are non-refundable we will be willing to offer a solution free of charge (if applicable).
The service must be a mistake from the service provider, not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed).
In case of a disagreement contact the Vendor Store you bought the product or service to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.
Corrective services will not be allowed 30 days past initial service date.

* Please note: In case the Vendor Store decides to proceed for a refund, a 50% restocking fee may be charged for return if the product is part of the affiliate system service.
